Sofas with quick delivery

Are there any places you can go and see a sofa and give it a once over then order it to arrive within a couple of days?

Places like DFS take weeks and I know you can order them from Argos, tesco, etc but you have to rely on a picture alone.

What happens to seasonal stuff in shops?

Have you ever done this sort of thing in a shop ?

Furniture Village has a certain number of ranges where they keep them in 'group stock' which basically means in store, and can deliver them very quickly (a week or so)

There's a lot of sofa manufacturers based in South Wales (you can get a catalogue from them, probably got websites now too). We got our last one from one of them, the only problem is that you can't sit on it before you get it (no chance to test the squishability).
