Song used in an advert for DAB radio channels

Does anyone know the title of the song that is used for an advert, I think is on the BBC where a man is sitting at a table listening to this song crying. The radio then switches to commentary of Blackpool being promoted and he is still crying. Cannot find out anywhere but I'm sure I've heard it before. Please help !

I've seen the ad and remember it had a good tune on it- but I can't remember what it was. Were there vocals?
