Bulk buy cheap sewing buttons

hi, I am a volunteer with a youth group and we need to bulk buy red and green round buttons approx 1.5 - 2cm in diameter for Christmas crafts but are finding them to be really expensive. We've tried ebay but they are either too small or way too expensive for us. I have googled it and can't come up with anything other than trade sites in China or imports from America. I'd be grateful if anyone had any suggestions. Thanks in advance
