Make of handbag

I saw someone with a lovely colourful handbag today. It was various colours and had a plastic key and luggage tag attached. Apparently all the bags b this name have these two items on them, a bit like Radley having a dog on all of their bags. Only problem is I can't remember the make of the bag. I remember it was something to do with something old if that is any help! Would anyone know he make ofthese bags from my description?
