Good afternoon and a happy new merry to all ABers.
My printer will not print. I've replaced both cartridges and done both basic and deep cleaning. The calibration print comes out ok but nothing when trying to print a document. A copy comes out very faint (grey). I've been on the kodak forums but this model seems to be out of date now as there is little reference to it. Thanks in anticipation.

Check again the black cartridge.
Make sure Print settings are set correctly when you print (in Print properties or quick-set)
I had a similar thing with a new Epson. Deleted and re-installed the software and it worked fine after that.

Thanks for your answers. The print settings are ok.
Now going in search of the software disc - been a long time since I've seen it!
I don't think a software re-install will work for you . if the printer is completing a test page ok.
If you do try it .. look for latest drivers on web .. or Kodak support.

Bemused .... I've just tried to print a photo which came out ok. I'm wondering if it is a dodgy black cartridge.
