John Terry is potentially in big trouble - he can't deny he said what he said as it's been captured on his lips, but he claims he said "(I didn't call you a) ..... .....". That strikes me as a bit unlikely, because surely in that situation would one would simply reply "No I ***** didn't".
So if he is found guilty he'll have lied as well. At least Suarez owned up to it.

Suarez owned up to using the words, he didn't own up to racially abusing Evra who has said himself he doesn't believe Suarez is racist. Context was clearly not taken into consideration here as the FA wanted to make sure everyone knew they were taking a stance.
