Recorded Delivery

I have a receipt for a recorded delivery letter sent a couple of weeks ago. Is there any way I can contact Royal Mail, to find out if the letter arrived ?

You can track it on their website (can't do a link as I am on my phone),

Log on to Royal Mail, select the 'tracking' option, then type in the code that should be on your receipt.

there had been a problem with the royal mail website recently but you could try this one : http://www.postoffice.co.uk/letters-parcels and go to track and trace
