I frequently download WMV files for viewing on my computer and recently tried to burn one of these onto a CD using NERO. According to the message on screen it told me that the burning was successful. However, on trying to play the recording back I found that it had been recorded as a data file rather than the video file I was expecting. I did select Video before burning so what went wrong? Should I have used another kind of program to convert the WMV file to some other format before burning, and if so, what?? Any help gratefully received!!!

Hi George, download the FREE program, " Videos to DVD Converter" from
http://www.koyotesoft.com/indexEn.html
It's the 11th. item down in the left side panel.
It will convert your WMV video to a playable DVD.
