Are 'Grooveshark' & 'Free Sound Recorder' legal and/or any good. I would like to record some tunes off the web, music scores, etc. for personal use only; I don't want to infringe copyright or DRM or anything illegal but I've briefly tried these two progs and they seem to be rubbish,or maybe I'm not setting them up correctly. They just seem to be recording what's coming out of the small speakers!
Any help out there?
Cheers

I use Freecorder to record from internet. It defaults to saving as MP3. Works fine for me.
I dont know about the legal aspect, but i always thought copying was an infringement of copyright. i myself downloaded Free Hi-Q which i found very satisfactory
