well monday was the worse day of my life...and its all my own fault
i was declared bankrupt a couple of years ago.. which after my wife cheating and me throwing her out was the worse day.
im always poor as the payment i make hasnt decreased but all my bills have ...im skint and its coming up to xmas.
i went to a store and took something without paying for it. stupidly i did it in a second store on way to the car and got caught...i just wanted presents to give at xmas and now im throwing up every five minutes..literally.....infact ive been sick writing this
i have never been in trouble with the police and at just didnt think
the price of the items were 120 quid
basically after the embarrassment of beign escorted through the store and to the police station then i got a caution.
thats me not ever breaking the law again - learnign the hard way and at my age im so ashamed
worse thing is that i found out today that im in line for a promotion at work...but it needs a counter terrorist check.... i havent declared it to work, just took some leave, but can i presume that its all going to come out when the checks come back...which means im going to get sacked!
great day that will be - promotion to sacking in one day
how long does it take to process the caution onto the police computer?
for all those reading crime doesnt pay.
im ill now but im guessing im stuffed..correct?

The caution will show up on a CRB check, you would do better to disclose to your employers as soon as possible, are you able to say why will you get the sack?
Don't mention it at all the wheels are slow.
Did you receive a Caution or a Conditional Caution?
Cautions are spent immediately, is the post exempt from the rehabilitation of offenders act 1974?
Conditional cautions are spent after 3 months.
I am assuming your employers will ask for an Enhanced CRB check where the Caution will show.
I would talk to my employers, Kayless says do not mention it, it is up to you.
