''Emma West, of New Addington has been remanded in custody for a week and psychiatric reports will be completed in due course. She is due to appear again on Tuesday, December 6.''
I would be suspicious of cooked avocardo too... I think you should try and report back to me.
^ oops wrong thread..
I have had them warmed stuffed with a mornay sauce which was rank.....don't do it!!! lol
can you post the rest of your "favourite things to put in mouth" list?
You don't usually really cook the avocado - as someone else said, you merely warm it. I love avocado with a cheesy, prawny topping, finished off under the grill. The avocado doesn't go mushy - it's really worth a try!
Avocado together with caravanner's are the sperm of the devil :-@
"Avocado together with caravanner's are the sperm of the devil"

Is that cooked?
Try it! if it doesnt work then its only a quid or so

it doesnt matter if it goes dark... most things change colour when cooked... its not like its gone off or anything

i can imagine itd be nice in a creamy sauce on pasta or something... i dont think itd keep its chunks

there are a few things that we think of as not to be cooked - such as lettuce, but actually its lovely in chillis etc

let us know if its nice

What did it look like?
When we host dinner parties I sometimes make baked avocado with crab, its gorgeous, doesnt turn black and its beautiful baked :)

Try it, you may like it.
Darker muddier green than the raw, didnt look bad just the taste, your imaging avocado and its that but warm and sqidgy

Bleurghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhghhhh
we did try to warn you fluffy ;0)
Grilled with melted cheese, ace!
I have a recipe that starts "baked avocado is delicious". Oh well.
I think for once I'm with you fluffy, that texture and the idea of warm avo just sounds very wrong, I don't even think michael Roux could make that sound decent.
