I was in Ikea today and I noticed clothes shops opposite - Wallis, D Perkins, etc. Is this by any chance a factory outlet? I expect it is full price, but I didn't have time to look. Thanks everyone :)

nope, they arnt factory outlets, its like one big shop with thoes high street names selling in the one place...i dont particualy like it there, its hasnt got a nice selling atmosphere, but few doors down is quite a big Next which is cool and a big Boots which is cool too :o)
it is called Outfit and is run by the Arcadia group who own several high street fashion brands. The beauty of it is, there are all those brands under one roof, including Top Shop ansd Burtons and (probably) a faith shoes concession, therefore chances are you can get al your outfit in one go.
You're better off going into central croydon as the outfit store is deceptively small.
