thanks just to make sure, i'm not very trusting really, a lot of people buy things over the phone but I just see it as not as secure because if that person writes the numbers down you tell them as well as putting them in the computer, can't they use them when they get home to buy a laptop or something?

i guess they could but they would have to have it delviered so it could in theory be traced back to them

here the staff are not allowed to write numbers down, they have to enter it, into the system straight away, but nothing to actually stop someone from doing it
