If you cant get any joy write to them, the address is on the back of your phone bill and they will phone you. I have had some good phone calls with some of their employees but others you cant understand.

I have serious trouble listgening to the relentlessly cheerful Scots (it's suposed to be a warmer and friendly accent) voice-over artist who's voice you hear when you ring 150.

It makes me cringe "Hellooooo, and thaanks for calling BEEE TEEEE ..." I find the red mist descending ...
