I am thinking of getting a Blackberry Torch 9800 from a company called mobiles.co.uk who are apparently part of Carphone Warehouse. Two things, firstly has anyone dealt with this company before and secondly, what are you thoughts about refurbished phones. Thanks in advance for your answers.

Yes I got a Sony arc. With free iPad from them, no issues at all.

Refurbished with guarantee is fine
