I ordered £40 vue cinema gift vouchers on 4th november with a £1.50 postage,i still havent received them i have phoned the 0871 no and emailed but to no joy any one know where i can go from here,they say the transaction didnt clear but the money was taken from my account on the 4th to the vue.please any advice

so you go back to them with the proof that they took the money from your account

yes copy a statement from your on line bank with the proof its been taken out send it too them
if no joy threaten them with action
