You use a jar of sauce to make curry? How odd.
Gross, man.
Korma? Too mild for me anyway!

Not me.
This happened in Scotland where the battered, deep fried, Mars Bar is considered something of a delicacy
LOL @ Maidup!
Would anyone who wants an authentic curry buy Lloyd Grossman? I hope not!
Oh dear, it was going to be chicken curry tomorrow. That's put me off now usually Sharwoods Bhuna or Jalfrezi.
So far it's only one jar....no need for panic just yet.
237SJ, I couldn't agree more!
MarkRae - I have always subscribed to the idea that only Indians can produce a decent curry. Likewise Thai people can produce a decent Thai meal. I think that`s just the way it is.
Through the keyhole........from ten paces.
I sincerely hope that people other than Indians can produce a decent curry, 237SJ, otherwise you might find it difficult to find one on the High Street. Around 90% of 'Indian' restaurants are run by members of the Bangladeshi community.

Anyway, some of the best curries (such as Kang Keaw Wan Kai) come from Thailand.
Ooo I disagree Buenchico. Yes, the best curries in the UK are from Bangladeshi restaurants but the best curries are from Thailand? Really? Thailand does some nice curries but are they really that good?
