Thanks to sigma, craft and sigilla for the help. I now have the certificate for Sarah Groom. Despite the fact that the rest of her 90 years she is known on official documents as Susan, it does seem to be her. Age correct, district correct, surname correct, widow John Groom, correct,- and John Groom held a naval pension - likely, as he worked for the Mission to Seamen in Dover, after a time of being a mariner on the coal ships based in Kings Lynn.
So why is she SARAH? Did someone see she was S. Groom when she died and guess. Her cause of death is, unusually, just 'AGE'! Don't know the person who informed of the death. So looking for more help please, but will do a new thread. Thanks so far.

Death certs often contain a lot of speculative information. Whereas with birth and mge certs the people at the event who should be able to state facts, (unless they deliberately misled). With deaths, the one person who really knows is not present.
Who was the informant? Was it a relative - who might or should have accurate info - or was it a neighbour who may have guessed?
