Email problem

Since setting up a Sky email address via Outlook Express I can send and receive all mail correctly but all incoming mail is accompanied by another mail from Postmaster stating it is unable to deliver to a previous email address I discarded over a year ago. I have searched my PC for any signs of the original address set-up but can find nothing. Sky tell me that the setting I have for their mailing is correct so I hope one of you guys out there can help me.
Kind regards....Telboy

Looks like sky have setup forwarding...

Either contact them and as them to review and cancel any unneeded forwarding, or log onto the sky control panel through the sky site and see if you can stop the forwarding yourself.

(ps I've reported your last post to get it removed as it contains your email addresses)

Did you at some point set up you e-mail to be automatically forwarded to your other e-mail account?
Hi there have never had much success with Outlook Express-
and others more IT savvy than me have reported same - unable to deliver messages.

I know this is not a solution but just so you know you are not alone out there - JH

Thanks Chuckfickens (on both counts)....I have asked Sky to check previously but will ask again..... I did wonder if the service provider for the offending address could have purposely caused this problem as I no longer pay "nuclearinternet" 42€s per year for their service....Regards...Tel
