why have i got a special lucking after my section 47 assault and not a proper copper ??????????

What do you mean by 'looking after' (I've spelt it correclty for you)?
Were you arrested by the Special Constable? If so, depending on the Force/Constabulary in question it is not uncommon in some SC's to deal with the offence, complete the taped interview after caution, submit the files/report etc.
