Well, we have our own "Eye".

Like the London Eye, except almost outside my window !!!

In September, there was nothing there.

Now, suddenly ... a giant big wheel, with pods, like the London Eye.

Just one request ...

If you come down and go on it, let me know, so I can close my bedroom curtains.

Or, for those of you so inclined ... it's almost opposite Legend's (the gay hotel), so you can snoop into the goings on there instead.

oh, that looks nice - fairly minimal design but with potentially wonderful views. Having big wheels just makes the whole place look like a fairground. You can get away with it in London because big cities are usually a jumble, but I can't believe the wheel's doing much for Brighton's appearance.

It's a bit of an eyesore, jno.

But our local authority have a track record of allowing hideous structures.

The Brighton Centre, slap bang on the front, next to the Grand, is the most hideous, ghastly building ever constructed.
