Every time you login to mail2web you access your mail server directly. Mail2web itself is working correctly at this moment, so it would seem that there is an issue between mail2web and your specific account. Your best option is to contact your email provider to make sure that your account is still in good standing and is active and running.
Another thing you'll want to try is to use our Advanced login:
http://mail2web.com/c.../login.asp?lid=0&il=0 (you'll need to contact your email provider for the server information if you do not have it handy).

Hi Chris,
It was very kind of you to reply to my post, but I cannot even get to the mail2web sign in page. I have also tried the link you provided, but all I get is a message saying 'the connection has timed out', which is the same message that I get when I try my normal method.
I get the same problem, whether I use Firefox or Internet Explorer.
Do you think the problem could be with my laptop?
