Her name is Karyn Parsons, and she was last on TV in Dennis Leary's cop comedy/drama "The Job", and is in the Steve Buscemi film "13 Moons" (AFAIK not yet released in the UK). Her last film that did get a UK release was the comedy "The Ladies Man".
