certainly not saudi. Syria perhaps, its leader looks as though he want to step down, well that's what they all say.

If he does step down he could come back to his job as a surgeon in London. Would the NHS have him?
i don't think they would, he is another despot, murdering so and so, or did i read that in the DM?

Even the Mail gets it right sometimes. He is all that you say, em10.
No general consensus is he's a pretty nasty piece of work

As for the DM even a stopped clock is right twice a day

A revolution in Saudi would be pretty bad, given the wealth and military muscle we've supplied them with
saudi as far as i can tell is the most undemocratic place on the planet, mind you i reckon that Mugabes regime isn't far behind
I am not very good at this political business, so do forgive me if I get hold of the wrong end of the stick. So - one man has died and that will make everything well again. Or does that mean until the next person takes over? Who will probably be just as bad or worse. And why does one man get all the blame? What about all the others who are strutting about there doing their own thing? There is a saying "The king is dead - long live the king". Surely that will apply here. I would not be too hasty celebrating. Wait a bit and see what happens.
I have been watching the News coming out of Libya , is it just me? but I find the images quite sickening of the bloodied form of Gadaffi, his begging them not to shoot and then the crackle of gunfire till his body was still, I would have preferred the Tyrant to be captured alive and sent to the Haig to face a war crimes tribunal
