Wasn't it the 3 little pigs had trouble with wind blowing their house away?
The house if the the hedgehog but I'll get some pleasure from knowing I've done a good deed for the little spiny ones.
I think I put hay in my hedghog house a few years back
Straw will do just fine.
What a lovely idea, I agree straw will be fine.
What sort of house would a frog appreciate, please? We have one lurking in our borders, I have no idea why it's there - but I wonder what I could do to help it overwinter?

I believe that frogs hibernate underwater. So the one in your garden will be making its own arrangements.
