Cleaning an ipad

What's the best thing to use to clean an iPad screen (I'm guessing the answer is not going to be a baby wipe and my sleeve - which is what I've just done). Thanks.

I keep a micro-fibre cloth on the shelf above my desk. It's there to clean the glass in my scanner (and also my monitor screen) but it would be ideal for your purposes. They're sold in opticians but many 'pound shops' (and similar 'discount retailers') sell them cheaper.

Might have a look for one then, expect that I should be using something like for the tellies too.
