Waking the Dead

In last night's episode. Spensers old partner Tom Mcquin, I think! It is driving me mad, I have seen him in something else and can't remember what.

Has anyone any ideas how I can find  a list of the cast, I don't seem to be able to on the internet?

Or any ideas what it may have been?

I just happened to record it.  The actor who played Tom McQueen is called Mark Lewis Jones:
