Need a recipe for creamed eggplant and creamed corn pie

I'm half american and remember my british mother making this when i was a kid and wandering whether any chefs or cooks can recall the recipe, it was a pre war recipe which had dripping, creamed eggplant, creamed corn, onions and corned beef in it.

sounds odd, esp if she was british she would of called it aubergine and creamed corn isn;t really something brits use much of, sure its not some american family concoction

I suspect that the recipe was from the US. Aubergine and sweetcorn were not commonly available in the pre-war UK.
