Yup, not only have I found where it is, I've found something very interesting about it as well.

The dignity chromosome is located at the very top of your skull, right in the middle, but it is protected only by a very very thin piece of skull bone.

That means that as soon as it is exposed to sunlight, the sun burns through the skull at this point, and the dignity chromosome is destroyed.

Don't believe it?

Well how the bloody hell else do you explain virtually every one of the X-Factor contestants, and nearly all the judges, blarting their eyes out on teleivision as soon as they arrived in a hot country????

Destruction of the dignity chromosome, leaving those poor souls without the dignity they were born with sobbing and slobbing and burping and moaning like a load of gormless babies, and why oh why oh why doesn't anyone, ever, EVER have a flamin' hankie or a tissue????

Word to those who have lost their dignity chromosome, your fingertips do not, repeat do NOT soak up tears.

Got it? Good!!

OK - carry on .....

Andy, I'm happy to say I have never seen a single instant of any X-Factor programme...EVER! Thanks for providing the evidence I need for continuing in that happy state. Cheers, by the way.

And to you QM! trust me, you would spend a long time wanting that wasted time back, and as we know, life is far too short!
What's X Factor?
Nicely put Andy.
if the sebum (the oily coating that leaves unwanted smears on windows) is washed off, skin does absorb water in modest amounts, but rather irregularly, which explains the prune-skin effect you get after you've been in the bath for a while.
I'm with quizmonster on this.
having experienced the visionary splendor of a live dignity chromosome failure in the form of x-factor, we must assume that the sample group used in this experiment never possessed this very thin piece of skull bone in the first place.

there are many and great claims, and these people are said to have the x-factor, but often found wanting.

jno - 'modest amounts'?

That's the X-Factor numpties off the scale then!
you're right, andy, "X Factor" and "modest" do not really go in the same sentence.
you could probably extend that to 'page' or 'book'
does that mean baldies like me are more at risk of this dignity chromosome distruction!? That may excuse some of my dancing on holiday in Greece last year!

You and me both Paul!

It's not that I sang 'New York New York' in the hotel karaoke that I regret, it's doing the high kicks to emphasise the lyrics that was my downfall - not a good look for a man of my age!!!
