Hiya, has anyone applied for tickets to any events? i am just off to the website to see if there are any wheelchair rugby ones left :)

No, I`m still waiting for my wrestling tickets for the main Olympics, they took my money 4 months ago and I`m still waiting!

well you'll be waiting some time yet - as far a si know, they are not sending them out till at least next year

I admit I thought this was a "take the p!ss out of the paralympics" thread and was just climbing aboard my high horse, when I thought maybe I should google this first. I had no idea there was such a sport.

How the hell can they call it rugby? They're playing with a round ball!!! Basically it's a game of dodgems while passing around a football

not really dodgems - more like hit'ems. The rules are similar to legged rugby
