Can I recover a deleted email?

I have recently deleted an email from outlook expres (& deleted it from the deleted items folder). I could really do with recovering this email. Does anyone know if it is possible and/or how to do it?

In outlook express click on Deleted Mail your recent deleted mail will appear. Click on the item you wish to recover and it will appear as just recieved

If you deleted it from the Deleted Mail folder, then it's almost certainly gone for good.

You can get software that recovers deleted files from your disk, but in this case, your mail was a small part of the large database file that OE uses to store mails & contacts. There isn't a way that I know of to recover this sort of thing. Sorry.

If Outlook is set NOT to delete emails from your POP server - it may still be there in your inbox. Log on to your email webpage and have a look.

Go to you deleted mail folder. Click on Tools on the top menu bar and scroll down to "recover deleted items" find the email, highlight it and click on recover.

It should be in there unless you have deleted that too.
