Can anyone help? I recently set up the above wireless router in my home. I purchased it from PC World and told them I had ntI cable. I directly attached my non-wireless-enabled PC to my ntl modem using the Ethernet cable supplied, and my wireless-enabled laptop worked just fine. Checks verified that everything was set up correctly. Everything went well and a good connection was established. A week later, I am finding that my laptop won't connect to the network unless I switch on my PC,and even then it keeps going on and off. This situation can be resolved by restarting the PC! So far I have always worked on my laptop right beside the PC. What is going on?Any ideas?

Thanks for your advice, 10ClarionSt, but I see that you have posted a question elsewhere, and you will now know that one is given the option of looking at all relted questions and answers before deciding to post one's question. I did this, and found that my question had not been answered, so I posted it. The only answer I received was yours! Anyway, I have now taken my router back to PCWorld because I decided it wasn't worth the bother.

By the way, I know what tanking is - wait a while and someone knowledgeable will answer your query!
