I loved it and him! I've watched all his travelogues, but the one I loved the most so far is the Scottish one - he came over as being really patriotic. Having toured Scotland last year, I can understand why.

my favourite was when he went to the Arctic Circle and all the people he met there , then into remotest Canada...great entertainment

I remember Billy Connolly "before he was famous", when we lived in Scotland, when the Humblebums were still together - long before he split for a solo career, well before he did the Parkinson interview - he taught my ex to play the banjo.
