Depends on the size, but an average banana has 80 calories.

Bananas have a wuite high calorie content compared to other fruit but even an apple is about 50 cals 0_o

i have about 3 or 4 banana's for lunch, then i'll have some pasta for tea.

Cos i think having 3 or 4 banannas every day is a little excessive. You really shouldnt eat too many of one thing. If this is for a short term thing then i guess it seems ok. But in the long term its probably best to eat other fruit aswell as banannas which will only supply a few of the neccesary vitamins etc that fruit can provide in a healthy diet.

Avacados are fairly high energy too, if you fancy some variation. You need variety or you'll be bored to death, never mind any nutritional deficiencies that may kill you!
