Should I propose to my girlfriend?

I've been with my girlfriend since early March but we've known each other since 2008. A couple of weeks ago she found out she is pregnant and is due in March. I want to do right by her and our baby. It's different because we've known each other for a while now, but I don't know whether to propose to her or not?

I agree.... Just cos she is pregnant doesn't mean you should marry her that is unless you love her and was about to propose anyway. If it was the last thing on your mind then 'Not on your nelly'. People marry cos they love each other and have a special connenction not cos you got caught out. Final thought..... Ever thought of using contraception.....
