I would like to email DVLA to tell them I need to change a van use from Disabled to normal person. Can anyone here tell me the email address of this organisation?

I have looked on their site but can not find what I am looking for?

Thanks in advance for any kind replies.

They do not have an email address.
To change class you have to go to your local DVLA Office.
It says here that you need to write to them http://www.direct.gov...ertificate/DG_4022054
If the vehicle has a 'disabled' tax disk on it, you should post it back to DVLA, Swansea SA99 1AL, with a covering letter.

Then you simply need to tax the vehicle as normal, using the 'taxing without a reminder' procedure:
http://www.direct.gov...YourVehicle/DG_069680

So there's no specific need to contact DVLA to tell them about the taxation change. If you still want to do so, DVLA don't give out an email address to the general public. Instead they provide this web form:
https://emaildvla.dir.../en/vehicle_1_16.html

If DVLA had any OFFICIAL email addresses, they would soon get a box full of spam and abusive emails, I'm sure (Rightly so, too)
They CAN be e-mailed and the link I posted can be used to contact them
I'd be surprised if they do accept an instruction by email though as they can't be sure you are who you say you are- it's more likely, I think, that they will ask you to submit and sign a form
It, is not quite so simple as some above have said.

When you apply for a normal tax disc your registration certificate will need renewing as well as it is in the disabled category, this needs changing the easiest way is to use your local DVLA office.
