I recently watched a programme where the gardener grows these peas, and has been for a few years, and also stated that they were the sweetest peas he'd ever grown. He explained about how they had been recovered from the tomb, and were now available, but I cannot locate any, any ideas out there, I would be very grateful, thanks in advance, Clasher

I perhaps should have said [ the sweatest peas he'd ever tasted]

I also have been on the organic garden link, prior to my question, and it seems quite expensive. It does seem that it may be an urban myth after all the wading through the internet, it is probably a well known tall variety, but you can live in hope
I'm not surprised it's expensive, given all the experimentation and nurturing which will have gone into making it grow (if it does).
