we have owned one of these for several months and have several cookbooks but still not able to get good results. Any tips from experiencedH>Oers

I have had one for couple of years now and all i do is reduce temp by about 20 degrees and knock a third of the conventional oven cooking time. What things have you had bad results with ??. I did try the cheese on toast and that took so long i could of made it, eaten it, and washed up after in the time it took had i done it under the grill lol but on the whole i love mine and use it several times a week, it took some getting used to, but now would not be without it :-)

What are you trying to cook then MrsM? I love mine, it saves on electricity, cooks faster than a conventional oven and heats up instantly. What's not too like?
How is it with cakes?
I've never done cakes in it so can't answer, sorry.
