Can anyone remember having a book for children in the 1970-80s called The Learning Tree? My children loved it and I would like to track one down for my grand children.

what was it about? and what kind of age group? What confuses matters is that there is a scholastic group of books called the Learning Tree which I think is a reading system used in some schools, so it muddies the waters a bit when googling.

It was just a simple book for young children approx 5 years I think and it was a story about the importance of not dropping litter from what I can remember!

There seems to be a series of books called The learning tree and.....various titles... Maybe one of these is the one you are looking for.
