I think which section it belongs in is entirely dependent upon whether it's a very serious pertinent political question or if it's something more general in which case it belongs in chatterbank. I also think it's up to the person who posts the quesiton as no-one forces anyone to read or answer and chatterbank should be more interesting and not so happy clappy puerile as it sometimes is- I'd like to know people's opinions on weighty matters not just Coronation St.
