I stick it in the slow cooker with left over veg and stock and make a stew with it.
You could feed the dog. That's different.
Given the weather (here), I'd be having it cold with salad and lots of different pickles and crusty rolls - in fact, that's pretty much what we're having!
Cook some chopped mushrooms in a little milk, add to chopped hard bolied eggs, chopped gammon and a handful of peas. Spoonful of made english mustard. Mix together (with the milk). Put in pie dish & top with pastry (I prefer puff pastry).

Make a savoury bread and butter pudding. using gammon, chopped onion, grated cheese, sliced mushrooms mix in with the eaggs etc. Pour over buttered sliced bread and cook for approx 40 mins . or your own pasty substituting beef mince with the diced gammon, add a little cider for stock, plus salt and pepper
oops that should be eggs
I cut it up and use it in a pasta sauce, either a tomato or creamy cheese one, or use it in a risotto, I make a nice bacon and leek one.
