I have somehow entered into a rewards system with Flyebe. I have received a request from Rewardsfirst for payment but was not aware that £14.95 would be taken from my account monthly. How do I get out of this. It is surely a scam.

Any help would be appreciated,

It doesn't look like a scam- the Ts and Cs seem pretty clear, but clearly some people overlook them or just forget to cancel once the free trial is over.

The Ts and Cs suggest cancellation is straightforward, although you won't get money back.

"6. How long does my membership last?

Membership with Rewards First lasts from the time you enrol until the time you inform us that you wish to cancel. There is no minimum term.

7. How do I cancel my membership?

If you would like to cancel your membership, log onto the website and go to "My Account". You can then click where instructed, to discontinue your membership. Please note that this will mean you will no longer have access to any of the discounts which have previously been available to you.
You can also contact a Customer Service Advisor.

The contact centre is open Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. If you call out of hours please leave a voice mail with you details and we will call you back the next working day.

8. Why does it take 24 hours to cancel my membership?

All cancellations are batch processed within our current service standard of 24hours by a department separate from our customer services advisors. This service standard accounts for time differences associated with batch processing."
