Save films from hulu.com?

Dunno if you guys use hulu.com that much to watch streaming films or videos online, but I was just thinking it would be a great idea to find out if it's in any way possible to download or save hulu.com online films .

I don't mind watching films online but it would be useful to also get the chance to download films from hulu.com or possibly some tv episodes for offline watching on my vacation, since I am pretty sure I won't be able to get anywhere near some decent wi-fi internet.

Considering the content isn't available in the UK, not many of us watch it. Although of course there are ways around that. There is an add-on for Firefox called Video Download Helper that should do the job.

Well yeah, unfortunately you can only stream and watch hulu videos in the us or something like this.

But I think also there should be plenty of internet video downloaders or add-ons on the internet that might also be able to download and save films or videos from hulu.com streaming.

If you have firefox that video downloader add on is pretty cool actually, definitely worth checking out if it can download hulu streaming videos for you or anything like this.

If you do manage get some internet connection where you go on vacation there's not that much need for you to download hulu.com streaming videos, you can just stream and watch online hulu videos on some mobile device, if you happen to have one of those:

If not then, as a last resort, I presume you could manage to find some streaming video downloader to help you capture and download streaming videos from hulu.com as the guys already mentioned.

It's both actually, u can watch hulu streaming movies for free and if you want more features for streaming hulu movies and access to more shows you can also get a hulu streaming subscription:

It's add supported so guess u also get some adds popping up from time to time, mostly for the free hulu I think.

Idk though if it is possible to download movies from hulu in some way or not.

Have you already checked the web for solutions on how to download Hulu videos?

Might find some working way out of this around there.

If you ask me, you guys are not going to get that far downloading hulu films with an ordinary video downloader app or that streaming video downloader add-on for firefox.

The thing is that hulu streaming videos are not in plain flash, like the ones on youtube or some other video streaming sites, hulu uses rtmp-e format for the videos and films you stream online from them.

This means for you that hulu streams are protected and in order to be able to download and save films from hulu you need some sort of app that can work with rtmp-es.

Strange, I was pretty sure there should be some hulu downloaders that could download and save hulu streaming films for you or anything like this but hey I might be wrong; since they switched to using rtmp-e format for the videos and films they stream online maybe those hulu downloaders stopped working.

But think you can also try to record online streaming films from hulu or something like this, might be a more successful solution than trying to download hulu video streams.

It's just a search on how to screen record hulu streaming films, if you want to solve this by trying to record hulu.com streaming films or videos or whatever you need from round there.

Wasn't that interested in saving hulu streaming to hdd so I never actually looked into how this could be done, but I think google's a good place to start for you.
