I am getting a parcel bin ( http://www.whitehall....ages/Parcel%20Bin.jpg ) reattached to the wall outside my flat. Some evil person wrenched it off the wall and took it away - it arrived back a few days later.

I am getting a handyman to put it up and have bought new screws (75mm x M6 steel) and thought that I would need those plasticy things (rawplugs/rawlplugs or whatever they are called).

I am going to get them on Ebay - is there a specific pluggy thing that I need for an outside wall?

I tried phoning my brother to ask him this but he didn't answer his phone. I don't know why http://www.theanswerb.../Question1028400.html

who took it and why did they bring it back and was there anything missing?

Yes - the screws and the plastic things were gone. There is now holes in the wall where it used to be.

I live on the second floor and it was definitely someone in one of the other flats. What is the point of stealing something that you can't sell?
You could use the kind of expanding screws that are used for heavy duty stuff like kitchen cabinets. Then your box wont be going anywhere.

I know woolies has closed and B&Q has moved but Wickes is still there ain't it; no need to bother Ebay.

Do you have a drill?

A drill ? Aren't they dangerous ? Wickes sell screws ? Will I be able to buy just 4 ?

If I had a nice brother he would come and fix everything up for me - ? :-)
I will be up in about 4 weeks. Can you wait that long?

But you are only here for a few days - and you have other stuff to do. Of course this weekend .................................... ;-)

Better go - I am at 'work'.
