you'd be better off staying at one of the disney hotels nearby, so that you have little travel (some are walking distance around the lake) and the tickets to the park are included in the price. they come with b&b but you can upgrade to half board to have a lunch or an evening meal which is generally a buffet (but good selection).

i have been twice and always booked direct through dlp website for acccom, and then booked gtravel separately but sometimes they have deals on that as well.

all the above depends on price of course, and going to dlp is not cheap by any means.
No such place as Euro Disney and has not been called that since about 1995.

It is Disneyland Paris.

i would suggest that unless you are wanting to take the children to do the sites of Paris that staying in a Disney hotel or one of the affilated hotels would be the better shoice. As ankou says, you get B&B at the hotels and they are not far from the Park with transport laid on. Half board and half board plus can certainly be worth the money too.
I suggest you pick up the DL brochure from your local travel agent and take a look at the options. The train timetables usually come out about 6 months ahead but you can get an idea of cost by train. The station is next to the park gates and you can get your luggage sent to hotel so that you can get straight into the parks on day 1. Disney are nearly always doing some sorts of deals too.
We've been to Eurodisney three times now - once self-catering in one of the log cabins, once on a room only basis and most recently on one of their package deals. I think the deal was excellent as it included all of your meals, which could be taken at a number of different restaurants and outlets including in the park itself. I think it also included some element of free child places.
the half board options also include some of the character meals as well, such as Mickeys cafe. you dont pay for under 3s but the restaurants will allow some food for them or expect them to share parents meals.
we had half board plus when we stayed at sequoia in june, we then booked the cinderella restaurant and used our vouchers to offset against the cost of the meal.

i have to say, the food was excellent and with the vouchers it saved us a fortune against what we would have paid. we avoided alcohol at alll our meals because this ramped up the price. we bought some bottles of wine from the val deurope supermarket and had that in our room whilst the kids chilled and conked.
The Adagio Apartments are an affiliated SC apartment block recommended very highly by a regular visitor or DISNEYLAND, Paris
You can book via the DLP web site or any number of travel agents. The package I believe included DLP parc tickets
The Adagio is an excellent place to stay for doing the Paris tourist thing and visiting DLP
If you book direct through DLP for next spring at the moment they have various offers on like free kids places or discounted rooms - we got 40% off our room and park tickets :)
PS I still call it EuroDisney too :))
