I just wanted to let everyone know I took part in my forst Race for Life 5K yesterday! Very pleased with myself and will definitely be taking part next year too :O)

Did any one else do it or are you going to this year?

I always sponser my colleagues here at work that do it and feel guilty and eleated when they finish

I did it too! My 4th time and yesterday I jogged the whole way which nearly killed me lol. Did it in 23 mins, definitely in top 20 and my 7yr old joined me at end to run over finish line so it was quite sweet!
