I have installed this program after reading how good it is,but, I have ran it twice and both times it has stopped/frozen after completing 94% (of a full scan) leaving only the free space to check and I have had to switch computer off then on again, as a numpty at this sort of thing even I know you should go through the logging off then shutdown procedure,I have done a quick scan and the message says all is well, anyone else had this happen to them/what is wrong?
Also can I continue to use the computer while doing a scan?
Thank you,

Restart in SAFE mode and see how you fare : )
It 'might' have been scanning a large compressed file though. Are you sure frozen? .. as the program looks like that occasionally.
The other one is to try disabling AV while you scan.
(Also switch OFF system restore before the FULL scan .. and turn on again after completion and any fixes applied?
Have you updated the program from the update tab to get the latest signatures. Also they are offering a trial of their paid version for a month. What OS are you using? If you can do a quick scan then the program should be ok but I would do the updates for it.
