2 se-a-l?
a seal isn't an Invertebrate either...
Are you sure teddown that it says 'invertebrates'? That means things without a backbone like slugs, snakes etc
Question Author
creepy crawlies ,no backbones,I concur
Didn't read the question properly, ladyalex . There is a RAT snake however so that could well be the answer to no1
I don't think snakes count as invertebrates either, do they ? They have backbones , I think...
Just googled it . Apparently it is classed as vertebrate even though it doesn't have a backbone!Think I'll give up on this quiz.
Must say I haven't the foggiest for either of those clues.
Sorry :-((
Ohohoh - think I have got one!! NE + Wt (abbreviate of weight, a pound is a weight) = Newt!!!
Bugger - a newt is not an invertebrate.
2. Squid

Thankyou ladyalex, this could be a difficult quiz
