Error Report

On start-up I get a Microsoft message saying ' Service module has encountered a problem and needs to close. Please tell Microsoft this problem'

I then get the option to debug or send ( or not send) a report.

What's going on ? What should I do? Debugging doesn't seem to make any difference.

Send the report then, Microsoft may come back to you with some comments as to why this is happening. I get this sometimes if a programme closes unexpectedly.
