Displaying % in Excel Bar Charts

I havecreated a bar chart and cannot seem to get it to display the percentage as a label, only the figure. Any ideas?

Your question is not overly clear...

But excel will only display the data given to it as a bar graph, so if you want it to display percentages then you need to have percentages in the cells the data the graph is taken from.
